Q: How can I share my teaching materials to students?
A: You can use function 'Share' in Microsoft Team to show your prepared teaching materials like videos, charts, or slide show to your students. There are 3 ways that you can share as details below.
- Select 'Desktop' to share your entire screen. Students will see everything on your using desktop. Click 'Stop sharing' when you want to stop.
- Select 'Window' to share only the window of the program you need. If you switch to another window, it will automatically stop sharing.
- Select 'PowerPoint' to share only the slide show without writing any notes on it. This way, you have to upload the PowerPoint file by clicking 'Browse' and select 'upload from my computer'
