Why can't students see the class?

Q: why can't students see the class?

A: Both Import class and Create a new class is default as a Draft Class, therefore, the students will not see this class until you publish the class. So don't forget to click Publish Class.

Note

  • Draft classes are classes that not ready for students yet. Publish classes are classes that available to students accessibility.
  • If the class has already been published but students still cannot see the class, check whether if they have completed the enrollment or not. The students who have not completed the enrollment or enrolled in the class through New ACIS system will not be able to see the class.
