Q: Can I create a group for students?
A: When you set the activity as a group, you can create a group according to steps details as below;
- Go to Assessment Activity.
- Click Group is next to the due date
You can set a group in 3 ways which are Create a new group, Reuse, and Random.
Create a new group - the teacher create a student's group by selecting a student one by one.
1. Click Create a New Group.
2. Enter group's name (To prevent issues with file downloads, please avoid using special characters and emojis in group names and file names. It is recommended to use only letters (A-Z, a-z), numbers (0-9), hyphens (-), or underscores (_) instead.)
3. Select a student you want.
4. Click Save
Random - the teacher can define the number of student in the group then the system will create a group as random.
1. Click Random
2. Define the number of student in the group ( you can click Refresh to random again)
3. Click Save
Reuse - is to use an old group that you created in other activities.
1. Click Reuse
2. Select Activity you want to use group
3. Click Save

Who can edit group ?
Teaching team - Teaching team can edit student's group only.
All members - All members ( teaching team and students) can edit/create a group.
