Q: Why can't I see my classroom on LEB2 after enrollment?

▶️Answer : After a student registers through the New ACIS system, their name will be automatically updated to the LEB2 class within 1 hour. Therefore, if the student accesses the LEB2 system immediately after registering, they will not see the class yet. However, if 1 hour has passed and the class still does not appear, this could be due to one of two reasons:

  1. The instructor has not yet published the class (Draft Class), as they may still be in the planning or preparation phase, preventing students from seeing the registered class.
  2. The course the student registered for has not yet been imported into the LEB2 system, possibly because the instructor is managing the course through another system instead of LEB2.

According to the 2 cases above, students can contact teachers directly or seek assistance from LEB2 support.

Q: What should you do if your course name still appears on LEB2 after it has been withdrawn?

▶️Answer : If a student has successfully withdrawn from a course with the registration office, the LEB2 system will automatically remove the student's name from the class within 1 hour.

However, if the student's name has not been removed after 1 hour, it could be due to one of the following conditions, which prevent the automatic removal from the class:

  • The student has a submission history.
  • The student has evaluation results in the Assessment Activity.
  • The student has a quiz submission history.
  • The student has a survey submission history.
  • The student has an attendance record.
  • The student was added to the class by the teaching team.

To prevent any disruption to their records in the original class, the student can contact the LEB2 support to help transfer their data to the desired class before removing their name from the withdrawn class.
