Clear browser's cache to get the latest version of the system

If the system does not display the detail completely, as usual, it may occur with a browser you have visited in history called cache instead of reloading an updated webpage. Thus, if you want the browser to be shown as the latest information, you need to clear a former cache. There are some steps as below:

Google Chrome Website

  1. Click icon which is next to URL bar
  2. Select History
  3. Select Clear browsing data
  4. Select All time 
  5. Mark at Cached images and files
  6. Clear data

Tips: Select Ctrl+Shift+R on the keyboard 

Safari on Mac

  1. Open Safari
  2. Select 'Safari' on Tools tab
  3. Click 'Setting'
  4. Select 'Advanced'
  5. Mart at Show Develop menu in menu bar
  6. A new section appears next to Bookmark which is called 'Develop' 
  7. Click 'Develop' then select 'Empty Caches'

Android phone &iPhone, iPad หรือ iPod touch

Android 

  1. Open Google Chrome Application
  2. Click icon ⁝ which is next to URL bar
  3. Select History and then Clear browsing data
  4. Select time rage as All time
  5. Mark at Cached images and files
  6. Clear data

Safari on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

  1. Go to Setting
  2. Select Safari
  3. Clear history and website data

Remark: Cache clearance will sign you out from all websites.

Tips note

Clear cookies is to remove data which is saved to the browser. If any usual issues occur while logging in or using LEB2, try clearing cookies on your devices.

Android

  1. Open Google Chrome Application
  2. Click icon ⁝ which is next to URL bar
  3. Select History and then Clear browsing data
  4. Select time rage as All time
  5. Mark at Cookies and site data
  6. Clear data
