Clear Cookies

Clear cookies is to remove data which is saved to the browser. If you can't login to LEB2, you're suggested to clear cookies and site data on your devices.

Google Chrome (Windows)

1. Go to https://www.leb2.org
2. Click 'Login'
3. Click 'View site information' on URL bar
4. Select 'Cookies and site data'
   
   
   
   
5. Select 'Manage on-device site data'
6. Delete signin.leb2.org
7. Click 'Done' to finish and re-login 
   
   

Remark: If you access LEB2 through Microsoft Edge, you can clear cookies and site data the same way as Google Chrome.

Mac (Safari)

1. Go to https://www.leb2.org
2. Click 'Login'
3. Go to 'Safari' on menu bar
4. Select 'Settings...'
   
   
   
   
5. Privacy will be displayed on the screen
6. Select 'Manage Website Data...'
   
   
   
7. Type 'signin.leb2.org' through Search
8. Select 'signin.leb2.org' then 'Remove'
9. Click 'Done' to finish and re-login
   
   

Android

1. Open Google Chrome Application
2. Click icon ⁝ which is next to URL bar
3. Select History and then Clear browsing data
4. Select time rage as All time
5. Mark at Cookies and site data
6. Clear data

iPhone and iPad

1. Open Google Chrome application
2. Scroll down and tap ...
   
   
3. Select 'History'
   
   
   
4. Select 'Delete browsing data'
5. Mark at 'Cookies, Site data'
6. Click 'Delete browsing data'
   
   

Remark: Clearing cookies and site data through Android, iPhone, and iPad will sign you out of all websites.
