How to Access Student Work for Evaluation

Go to the activity you want to evaluate.

Select Access to enter the student evaluation page, or scroll down to Submission and select Access to evaluate the work of students who have submitted their assignments.

How to Evaluate Assignments and Provide Feedback

Once you are on the assignment review page, you can select Show full Rubric to view each criterion's levels before assigning a grade for greater accuracy and clarity (see Example in Figure 2).

In the process of evaluating student work, instructors can assign grades and edit evaluations as follows:
▶️ Click to select the evaluation level that best reflects the student's performance.
▶️ Type the score in the grading box, and the system will automatically select the corresponding evaluation level.
▶️ Click Clear to delete or revise the score if needed.

Instructors and students can communicate and reply through comments/feedback on a single page, with the most recent conversation displayed at the top. If a comment is edited, the word "(edit)" will appear next to the updated comment.
★★ Tips! Instructors can easily filter assignments based on the student's submission status by clicking on the filter, as shown in the example image.
