If your video plays unevenly or freezes in Learn it, follow these methods to fix the issue:
Method 1: Convert directly using macOS built-in feature
You can use the native macOS video conversion tool without installing any additional software:
Right-click (or Control + click) the affected video file.
Select Quick Actions (or Services).
Select Encode Selected Video Files.
Choose your desired resolution (1080p or 720p recommended) and set the format to Greater Compatibility for maximum flexibility.
Click Continue. The system will convert and create a new file. Upload this newly generated file to the system.
Method 2: Convert the video file using third-party software
Download and install HandBrake.
Open HandBrake and import the video file.
Go to the Video tab.
Locate Framerate (FPS) and select Constant Framerate.
Set the framerate to Same as Source or choose your preferred FPS (e.g., 30 or 60 FPS).
Click Start Encode on the top toolbar to begin conversion.
Upload the newly converted video file to the system.
Method 3: Change your recording software
Use alternative software that automatically records in Constant Frame Rate (CFR), such as Zoom Meeting (Record feature) or OBS Studio. This ensures your video file is ready for direct upload without extra conversion steps.
