Troubleshooting ‘This site can’t be reached’

  • Updated

When users are unable to access the LEB2 system and encounter the message “This site can’t be reached” or experience unusually slow loading, it may be caused by various factors, such as issues with the device, internet connection, or the network being used. We recommend checking the following simple steps:

📌 Basic Troubleshooting Steps When Seeing “This site can’t be reached”

✅ Basic Checks

  1.  Check the Internet connection

Try accessing other websites to see if your internet is working properly.

  1. Switch networks

Change from Wi-Fi to a mobile hotspot, or try another Wi-Fi network.

If other websites load → the issue may be with the original network, such as DNS or firewall.
👉 Recommendation: Contact the Computer Center.

If other websites still do not load → the issue may be account-specific or system-related.
👉 Recommendation: Contact the LEB2 support team for further assistance.

  1. Try a different device

For example, use a mobile phone or another computer to see if the problem is specific to one device.

  1. Clear cache / restart the browser

Clear old data that might be causing the page to load incorrectly (e.g., clear cache, close and reopen the browser, or use Incognito mode).
