How to Use Class Chatbot for Instructors

1.  Instructors can enable or disable the Class Chatbot by navigating to the Chatbot feature and selecting Settings.

2.  Example of enabling/disabling Class Chatbot:

✅ When Disabled : The Chatbot will not be visible to students but will remain accessible to the instructor for settings and managing questions and answers.

✅ When Enabled : The Chatbot will be available to students in the classroom, allowing them to interact and use it as configured by the instructor.

Currently, the Class Chatbot is available only for instructors as it is in the Beta Testing phase. The focus is on gathering feedback from instructors to help the development team understand real usage patterns, refine features to better meet needs, and ensure instructors have full control over enabling or disabling the chatbot for students in the future.
    ☑️ The chatbot setting is currently locked. It will be available after the Beta Testing phase.
▪️Chat History is under development and will be available soon.
▪️Chatbot settings and Q&A setsare exclusive to each classroom and are not shared across sections, ensuring a complete and private learning environment for every class.

What Can Class Chatbot Do? Key Features for Instructors

1. Adding and Managing Q&A in the Chatbot

🟣 Creating Q&A: Instructors can navigate to the Chatbot feature, select Settings, and click "+ Add Question" to open a form for entering questions and answers.

🟣 Usage Conditions:

     ▪️The system supports both Thai and English languages.

     ▪️Add up to 10 questions per course and can edit or delete them as needed.

     ▪️Questions can contain up to 300 characters, while answers can be up to 700 characters.

🟣 Preview Before Saving: Instructors can click Preview to review the question and answer before saving. Once finalized, clicking Save will store the Q&A in the system.

2. Chat History Display ** Under Development and Coming Soon

Accessing Chat History will allow instructors to effectively analyze students' learning patterns and provide tailored feedback based on the context of the course.

🟣 Instructors can view the chat history of all students in the course by navigating to the Chatbot feature and selecting Chat History to review the conversation details.

🟣 Instructors will not be able to access the chat history of other members of the teaching team in the course to ensure user privacy.
