This article will guide you through the process of accessing the LEB2 system from the beginning, so participants can log in, study, complete quizzes, and take exams smoothly.
✅ What You Need to Do Before Starting LEB2
Please check your “KMUTT Account” email (in the inbox of the email address used to register for the program)
Once you receive the email, please follow these steps:
✔️ Set your password via the Account Recovery system
✔️ Wait approximately 15 minutes for the system to update
✔️ Log in to LEB2 using your @kmutt.ac.th email
📌 Important Information Before Getting Started
After registering through the Join system, the university will create a KMUTT Account for each applicant.
This account will be used for:
- Logging in to the LEB2 system
- Accessing university services
- Using your
@kmutt.ac.themail account
⚠️ Many applicants may think that “they can start learning immediately after registration.”
However, you must wait until the KMUTT Account has been created first.
Step 1 : Check Your “KMUTT Account” Email
Please check the inbox of the email address used to register for the program.
Search for the keyword:
- ✅ “KMUTT Account”
This email contains important information such as:
- Membership ID
- Your
@kmutt.ac.themail
If you cannot find the email:
- Please check your Junk Mail / Spam folder
- The university system may still need additional processing time
Step 2 : Set Your KMUTT Account Password
Go to the KMUTT Account Recovery page
Then follow these steps:
- Enter your Membership ID in the Username field
- Click the “Check” button
- Set your password following the system instructions
⚠️ Notification Message During Account Recovery
If the system displays the following message:
“Refresh token has been expired, Please Contact Computer Center Tel.0-2470-9444”
No worries 😊 In this case, please contact the university Computer Center directly at:
📞 02-470-9444 and inform them:
“I received a notification from the Account Recovery page instructing me to contact this number.”
Please also provide your Membership ID for further verification.
Step 3 : Wait Approximately 15 Minutes
After successfully setting your password,
please wait approximately 15 minutes for the university system to update your information before accessing LEB2.
Step 4 : Log In to the LEB2 System
Access the platform at: leb2.org
Then follow these steps:
- Click the “Log In” button
- Select the bottom option
✅ “KMUTT Email (@kmutt.ac.th)” - The system will redirect you to the Office365 login page
- Log in using the
@kmutt.ac.themail account provided by the university - Use the password created during the Account Recovery process

👨🎓 For Returning FIBO Academy Participants
If you previously joined the FIBO Academy program,
we recommend logging in using your existing @kmutt.ac.th account.

✏️ Edit Your Profile After Successfully Logging In to LEB2
Users can easily edit their profile information by:
- Clicking the username at the top-right corner of the screen
- Selecting the “Edit Profile” menu
Please make sure your contact email address is correct so you do not miss important notifications such as:
- Replies from the Support Team
- Classroom news or announcements
- Notifications related to learning and examinations
❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
I Registered but Still Cannot Access LEB2
This usually happens because:
- You have not received your KMUTT Account yet
- You have not set your password yet
- The 15-minute system update after password setup has not been completed yet
Please review the steps above again .
🤔 I Can Log In to LEB2 but Cannot Find My Classroom
Please wait for a while, as the system may still be automatically adding participants to classrooms.
If you can log in but still cannot find your classroom after some time, you may contact the support team via the Live Chat button on the LEB2 website for further assistance.
🔐 Cannot Log In to Office365
After selecting “KMUTT Email (@kmutt.ac.th)” on the LEB2 login page, the system will redirect you to the Office365 login page.
Please make sure that:
- You are using the correct
@kmutt.ac.themail - You are using the latest password created during the Account Recovery process
😥 Not Sure Which Account to Use for LEB2 Login
For the Talent RAC program,
please use only the @kmutt.ac.th account issued by the university.
📅 Important Timeline for RAC Batch 4
- 📌 Registration Period: June 1 – July 31, 2026
- 📚 Learning and Quiz Access Begins Immediately After Registration
- 📝 Quiz Deadline: August 12, 2026
- 🏫 Exam Center Selection: August 5 – 12, 2026
- 💻 Mock Exam Period: August 14 – 20, 2026
- ✅ Official Examination via LEB2: August 22 – 23, 2026
