One of LEB2's features called ""Attendance" that is used for checking in class by students. The teacher must create a QR code or the letters code on LEB2 first so that students can join or scan for checking in. Attendance can be done on both desktop version and mobile version.
What does each color of student's attendance status mean?
Student's attendance status
- On-time in green color
- Late in orange color
- Leave in blue color
- Absent in red color
Note: If the QR code and letters code have been set an expiry date by the teacher, students who join or scan the codes after the expiry date won't be able to check in.
📱 Checking In via Mobile Devices
You can check in on a mobile device using one of the following two methods:
Method 1: Scan QR Code (Provided by Instructor)
Scan the QR Code displayed by your instructor using your smartphone camera.
The system will direct you to the Log-in page. Enter your Student ID and Password.
Once logged in, your attendance status will be displayed, completing the check-in process.
💡 Important Log-in Conditions for QR Code Check-in:
If you are already logged in:
✅ You can scan the QR Code to check in directly using either your Username (Student ID) or KMUTT Email.
If you are NOT logged in (redirected to the log-in page after scanning):
✅ Log in with Username (Student ID) ➔ Check-in successful.
❌ Log in with KMUTT Email ➔ Check-in will NOT be completed.
📱 Additional Note for iOS Users: If you scan the QR Code via certain apps, the page may open in an In-App Browser (WebView). We recommend tapping the browser icon to "Open in Default Browser" (e.g., Safari) before proceeding. If you are already logged into LEB2 on Safari, your attendance will be recorded immediately without requiring you to log in again.
